The Two Tailed Brewing Company aims to protect and preserve the Verde watershed by building relationships with all people and businesses that benefit from the Verde river. Second, we seek to achieve beer excellence and make a one of a kind beer portfolio in the Verde Valley. Third, we hope to build and provide a rewarding work experience for people of the immediate community and beyond.
Our Beers
Humble River Pils

Step mashed light lager with pilsner malt and Saaz hops. Very low ABV day drinker that looks like liquid sunshine. The low alcohol helps keep your wits about you as you tackle whitewater on the humbling Verde River.
Below Palisades

An American Dark Lager with six-row, rice and a couple other specialty malts. Hopped with Helios and Lotus in the whirlpool. Smoother than the late day laminar flow! Perfect for setting up camp after a long day on the river.
Spike Camp Cold IPA

American grist of two-row and corn fermented with a Lager yeast blend with heavy layers of Nugget, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra.
Vultures Overhead
$X
Traditional special bitter that’s the your pub ale choice for gathering with friends (kettle, wake or committee if you’re a vulture). Marris otter, Fuggles and Brit yeast. Bready sweet malt, herbal and floral hops with a crisp.
Comstock Gold
$X
Traditional British Golden Ale with our favorite Marris otter malt, Bru-1 hops and some serious potent Nugget. Tasting pineapple upside down cake with a clean and crisp finish.

April 2024: The four owners (Jesse, Adam, Marty, and Bryan) are super excited to see this vision become reality. While we patiently slog through the surveying and permitting process, Jesse has been busy brewing up some tasty beer that we can't wait to share with you all.
